New Texas Notary Stamp Requirement

A Texas Notary Public commissioned after 1/1/2016 will have to have their Notary ID/Commission number printed on their notary seal. We are prepared to get new stamps for you.  If you would like to order or get more information, you may do so here.

Even though the change doesn’t take place until your commission expires after 2016 (2015 renewals don’t need new stamps until their renewal in 2019) some attorneys and staff are getting new stamps anyway to be sure.
