Your order will be processed promptly.  Due to the nature of imprinted products you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm the details and discuss and issues or concerns about your artwork.

If you did not upload artwork, please email your artwork to use at orders@rkcpromo.com.  We will let you know if there are questions or concerns.  PNG files are not acceptable for printing.  High resolutions JPG files may be printable.  We need black and white art for one color printing in vector format.

If your imprint is only text we may be able to set it for you.
